6. Prohibited Conduct

The user must NOT:

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Registration Terms & Rules are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

Any dispute shall be resolved before the competent courts of Peru, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction.
